Massachusetts Family Network (MFN) is a family education and support program for families with children prenatal through age three. MFNs provide a variety of services, often including:
- playgroups
- home visits
- developmental screenings
- adult and family education
- parent support groups
- family literacy activities

Parent-Child Home Program (PCHP) is a home visiting program that:
- provides home-based literacy and parenting guidance
- models literacy interactions with young children (starting at 18-30 months) and their families
- emphasizes parent-child verbal interaction critical to early brain development
- serves families who are low-income and/or educationally at risk
